Custom Homes
We build custom homes with your ideas and our outside architects you can design the home of your dreams, We provide complete plans, specifications, cost analysis, engineering and building permits. We will handle the complete build from the site work to the finishing touches.
Guest Houses
Our guest quarters/efficiency units are 800 square feet to meet local code square footage requirements. The 800 square feet includes one bathroom with a tub/shower unit, master bedroom with walk-in closet, dining and kitchen area an office or small bedroom area.
